Compania Internacional de Colonizacion shall decide in Chinese third class with food, including permission to land,

medical examinations, taxes, certificates and all other

expenses.

Immediately on the signing of this Agreement Saca shall

use its best endeavours to sell landing permits and for this

purpose shall be entitled to appoint and employ sub-agents

on such terms as it thinks fit. The procedure to be adopted

will be as follows:-

(a) Saca shall obtain the signature of the colonist

or some responsible person on his or her behalf to an application for a landing permit which

shall be in the form provided by Compania

Internacional de Colonizacion. All particulars

in regard to the application shall be included

in such application form and shall be properly

and accurately inserted therein.

(b) Immediately on the signing of an application

form the application form together with the

copies thereof and six pass-port photographs

of the colonist shall be forwarded by Saca to

the Compania Internacional de Colonizacion.

(c) With each application form Saca shall deposit

with Compania Internacional de Colonizacion in

cash a sum of Dollars Fifty U.S. Currency,

(a) The balance of the price of the landing permits

shall be payable not later than one month there-

after.

From time to time when not less than Seven hundred

and fifty applications have been received from Saca,

Compania Internacional de Colonizacion agrees to make arrangements for the transportation of colonists. Compania Internacional de Colonizacion shall not be

required to take any steps in connection therewith until
